Avocado Salsa with Pepitas
- 1/2 can (796 mL/28 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red onion
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 serrano chile, seeded, finely chopped (1 tablespoon/15 mL)
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) sea salt or kosher salt
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) roasted and salted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- Tortilla chips, as desired
- In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except pepitas and chips. Transfer to serving bowl; garnish with pepitas.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
